Harting Multi-terrain '10' Entry, Date & Race Guide

The Harting Multi-terrain '10' features a challenging 10-mile course that traverses a variety of terrains, including private lanes, gravel tracks, bridleways, and footpaths. Set within the picturesque South Downs National Park, the route offers scenic views and a mix of elevation changes, making it a unique experience for participants. The course is marked with mile markers and includes two water stations to support runners along the way. Hosted at the War Memorial Sports Ground in South Harting, this event is organised by Liss Runners and supports the local charity, The Rosemary Foundation. Participants receive a unique medal upon completion, and there are additional prizes for top finishers in various categories. The event also features a free kids' fun run, ensuring a family-friendly atmosphere in a beautiful countryside setting.
