Romero Run 5K Entry, Date & Race Guide

The Romero Run in Goring-by-Sea features a fast and flat course that combines roads and trails along the picturesque coastline of West Sussex. Participants can choose from three distances: 5km, 10km, or a 2.5km children's run. The route includes temporary crossing points and runs through the scenic avenue of trees known as The Plantation, providing a pleasant running experience. The event is based at Oscar Romero School, which serves as the race headquarters.

As a charity event, the Romero Run supports Friends of Romero, with proceeds aimed at enhancing the school's facilities. The race offers a community-focused atmosphere, encouraging participation from local families and runners of various abilities. Medals and free photos are provided for all 5km and 10km finishers, adding to the event's appeal.
